Interviewer: Today, I'm interviewing Sophia Shaw, Co-founder of PlanPerfect and President of Sophia Shaw and Associates, USA. In both roles, Ms. Shaw advises nonprofit organizations on how to optimize their strategic planning, governance, and impact. Sophia is also a former Adjunct Professor of Social Impact at Kellogg Graduate School, Northwestern University, and former President and CEO, Chicago Botanic Garden.
