Interviewer: Today, I'm interviewing Dr. Matt Bluem, Program Director, MA in Human Resource Management, Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, School of Business and Technology, about online learning strategies, budgets, and procurement practices. Dr. Bluem, thank you for sparing the time. May I start by asking you to provide some context about Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and the School of Business? Their sizes, activities, the faculties, and the students. Dr. Bluem. Dr. Bluem: Saint Mary's is a Lasallian Catholic university affiliated with the De La Salle Christian Brothers based in Rome. They're at Lasallian universities all over the country and Asia and Europe and South America, and Saint Mary's, as part of that Lasallian network, was founded in Minnesota in 1912, so it's been around for over 100 years. We have three main locations in Minnesota. We have a location in Winona, Minnesota, right on the Mississippi River, Minneapolis, Minnesota, in the Twin Cities area, and in Rochester, Minnesota. The three schools make up Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. We have the School of Business and Technology, the School of Health and Human Services, and the School of Education. Through those three schools, we have about 5000 students in those different locations, as well as fully online students from around the country. Specifically, in our School of Business and Technology, we have ten master's degree programs and one doctorate, a DBA. The schools in the Twin Cities area,
