Interviewer: Today I'm interviewing Professor Deborah Ancona on her article, "Turn your teams inside out", written with Henrik Bresman and published in MIT Sloan Management Review on 13th of December 2022. Listeners are expected to have read the article before listening to this interview. Professor Ancona is Seley distinguished Professor of management, a professor of organizational studies, and founder of the MIT leadership center at MIT. Professors Ancona and Bresman are also authors of the book "X-teams, how to build teams that lead, innovate and succeed", the second edition of which will be published by Harvard Business Review press in August 2023.
