Interviewer: Today I'm interviewing Andrew Winston on the article he wrote with Paul Polman published in the September- October 2021 issue issue of the Harvard Business Review titled "The Net Positive Manifesto". The article is based on their book, "Net Positive: How Courageous Companies Thrive By Giving More Than They Take". Andrew Winston is the author of the best-selling books, "Green to Gold" and "The Big Pivot". Paul Polman was, until 2019, CEO of Unilever. Listeners are expected to have read the Harvard Business Review article before listening to this interview. Mr. Winston, thank you for sparing the time for this interview. May I start by asking you how this vision, if I can call it that, that you and Sir Paul had described will be realised, to what extent is it, in your opinion, an inevitable consequence of changes in societies? Or is it dependent on the successful advocacy of campaigners, a campaign by evangelists that could fail? Mr. Winston: Glad to be here. Thank you for having me. Well, it's an interesting question.
