I will conclude my talk by saying that mycetoma,
is a serious health and medical problem.
It is one of the badly neglected tropical diseases worldwide,
as it is not a glorious disease.
Mycetoma is a scar in the human consciousness and our job is to heal it.

Mycetoma is one of the neglected tropical diseases.
In fact, it is a unique neglected tropical disease.
It is a devastating medical dilemma.
It is a disfiguring medical problem.
It is a mutilating medical disease.
In fact, it is a destructive inflammatory disease.
Although it is an inflammatory disease,
it shares malignant diseases characteristics.

They spread locally via the blood stream and it can
recur after a good medical and surgical treatment.
