Biography
Dr İmdat Eroğlu is a medical practitioner and clinical research scientist at the Department of Internal Medicine, Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, Turkey. His research focuses on clinical management and outcomes of disease-induced cardiovascular and metabolic co-pathologies. With the emergence of a novel type of Coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2), Dr Eroğlu’s current research efforts focus on identifying molecular and cellular mechanisms involved in the initiation and development of clinical short- and long-term health effects observed after remission from SARS-CoV-2 infection.
Dr Eroğlu completed his medical Doctorate at Gazi University Medical Faculty in 2017 and is a practicing doctor at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, Turkey, since 2018.
