                    several patient examples to
illustrate the major concepts
                  
                    and theories of human
development and
                  
                    highlight the relevance to
general medical practice,
                  
                    research and several

                    the focus on all stages
of adult development.
                  
                    Number two, to articulate
                  
                    several developmental
influences that physicians,
                  
                    researchers and all
healthcare providers should
                  
                    consider and address to enhance
patient health outcomes.
                  
                    Number three, to identify
                  
                    specific physician behaviors and
                  
                    communication that
promote positive patient,
                  
                    family, physician relationships
                  
                    and in turn, impact
