Biography
Sandeep Narayan Patil is PMI USA-Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) he is also certified Six Sigma Black Belt from KPMG Mumbai. Academically he has done his Master’s in Chemistry and studied Operations Management.
With over 15 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, he has worked with renowned pharmaceutical companies like Teva Pharmaceuticals, Ratio Pharm, Orion Pharmaceutical, and Piramal Healthcare. The majority of his professional experience is associated with drug development and product launch.
He has a core area of expertise in Project Management, Agile Framework, GMP, and Operations Management. He is the founder of an organization that provides consultancy and training in Project Management and Pharmaceutical business development.
Sandeep has authored two books on pharmaceutical project management. Viz. Generic drug development project management and Licensing of Drug Products for the European Union. These first two books in the series of three are based on the idea to tailor PMI’s Project Management methodologies to typical pharmaceutical projects.
