We will speak a little bit about the definition of
health in order to understand that connection to mental health,
generally speaking, and to child mental health.
The best definition of health nowadays is according to that WHO's definition.
A state of complete physical, mental,
and social well-being not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

Child mental health is an indicator of development and modernization in any society.
Why can we consider that?
Because it covers several other scientific fields
such as Child and Adolescent Psychiatry,
that means that pathological development of psychological processes during childhood.
Identification of disease and diagnoses and treatment is considered under this title.
Then the next scientific field is Pedagogic and Clinical psychology.
That's the normal development psychologically for child during growing up and how to
reach that child's understanding of things in
order to help the child develop well and healthy.
The third scientific field which is also important and related to
child mental health is the Parental and Family-related Psychiatry,
and that means pathological issues or disorders present in
the parents of the child regarding
psychological processes and also in that family constellation.
Social Services and Special Care is another field which is very important
regarding providing the appropriate services for children with mental health problems,
particularly those suffering from children with special needs.
Maternal and Child Care system is a system of screening or checking up
the development of a child from that time during
pregnancy until growing-up up to the adolescents.
And this is to identify that protecting
the risk factors as easily as possible
in order to brief the event child mental health problems.
School Health System is also
an important field of checking up the conditions of a child during
schools situations in order to be able to provide
the circumstances suitable for normal personality to develop.
