context for this talk.
Then, we've got two
different parts of the talk.
The first part is looking
at the differences
between in-person

Physical vs virtual workplaces.
In this section,
we'll have a look
at the differences
and the nuances in
those differences between
physical workplaces
and online and remote
workplace environments.
We'll also take a focus for
a moment on other types of
work environments
like manufacturing,
education, retail, etc.
We'll do a deep dive
into the pros and
cons between the two
types of environments.
We'll have a look
at how we bridge
any gaps between
these environments.
We'll then focus down on
the skills that workers
need and review these skills
for an online environment.
We'll do a checkpoint on
the skills for leaders
including the growth mindset
and the servant
leadership approach.
Then, we'll also make
sure that we cover
off that many remote teams get
together regularly
and meet up in person
via remote team
retreats and meetups.
Let's get a full appreciation
of the differences
between physical
in-person environments for work
and those virtual and
online workplaces.
I'm suggesting that
we take a look
at a few images and photos.
