I earned my PhD in women's, gender, and sexuality studies and sociology from Emory University in the United States. After a first career chapter as a professor of sociology and social psychology, I've spent the last decade leveraging my doctoral training in behavioral science, DEIB, and social psychology, to help executives, senior leaders, and organizations address top workplace culture and organizational development challenges by implementing evidence-based practices that support purpose, productivity, inclusion, and well-being. I'm passionate about helping organizations develop leaders who cultivate inclusive, people-centric cultures that empower people to do meaningful, values-aligned, highly productive work while flourishing personally and professionally. An ICF and board-certified executive and leadership coach and member of the Forbes Coaches Council, I speak, write, coach, and consult on leadership and organizational development, DEIB, workplace culture, well-being, and women's, and 2SLGBTQPIA+ career and leadership development. You can find my work in the Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Inside Higher Ed, Women in Higher Ed, and numerous academic journals and research anthologies.
