Greetings.
Hello and welcome,
wherever you are
in the world,
to this series on data analysis
and its value in business.
If you're interested
in business,
then this talk on data analysis
and Intuitive
Intelligence with regard
to 'VARCS' data
is meant for you.
0:20
I'm Dr. Manj Subiah,
business advisor, coach, mentor,
and just by way of background,
with 23 years of experience
in the chemical paint,
plastics manufacturing,
healthcare,
and more recently,
research in the education
and training sector.
It became really helpful
to look at the take
on data analysis through
the decision-making lens
of Intuitive Intelligence.
I hope you'll find
it just as helpful.

Let's look at the outcomes
lined up in today's talk.
1, what is data
analytics in business?
2, what is Intuitive
Intelligence in the context
of data analytics in business?
3, what would be the
practice of ensuring
VARCS data?
We will come to that later.
4, we will also
cover a case study
in terms of the applications.
Quite exciting to share with
you yet another angle on
data analytics
through the lens of
Intuitive Intelligence
or VARCS data.

Straight off the bat,
let's understand that
data analysis in
the context of business is
in essence a type of
business analysis.
This type of data is
used to add value
in the business in
the following ways:
as either a problem to solve
or a change to initiate
throughout the organisation,
there's either an
improvement in the process
or strategy to implement,
and also to add value
to stakeholders.
