A little bit about myself, so you have a bit of an idea of my introduction. I sort of grew up in the airlines, I worked for 12 years for an airline called KLM, the Dutch Royal Airlines. There I was a consultant where I busied myself with sales, marketing, and also cultural differences. I've been talking about cultural differences for the last 20 years and it's actually growing, so it might actually be 21 or 22 years, I lost track. In terms of educational background, I'm an organizational psychologist and I studied at the University of Amsterdam. The company that I worked for is 'Culture Matters' and with that company I am Senior Consultant in addition to consulting with organizations, multicultural or international organizations. I also write and research on the topic of culture, cultural differences, and also organizational culture. When I was younger, I lived a year in the States, that was in upstate in New York in a place called Woodstock, the idyllic Woodstock, Woodstock from the Woodstock festival that actually never took place in Woodstock itself but it still has its name. Currently, I live and work in Belgium, as a Dutchman, born in Amsterdam many, many years ago.

I talk about Brexit, and within the topic of Brexit, I also talk about the United States after President Donald Trump, and for the UK, what's beyond Europe? Of course, all this within a business context, but also from a cultural frame of mind.
