RAMON J. ALDAG: Hi.
I'm Ray Aldag.
I'm at the University
of Wisconsin-Madison.
Welcome to the Henry Stewart Talks
Organizational Behavior Series.

The Henry Stewart Talks
OB series addresses
key topics in
organizational behavior,
or what's generally called OB.
As the OB series editor, I invited
top scholars from around the world
to participate.
I was very delighted by
their positive responses.
Each of the more than 20
presentations in the series
is made by an outstanding OB scholar
in that scholar's key research area.

London-based Henry Stewart Talks
is committed to providing access
to world-class seminars by
leading thinkers and authorities
from around the globe, in one
online resource, whenever, wherever,
and as often as it is wanted.
Henry Stewart Talks publishes
audio visual presentations
by world leading experts
in a user-friendly format.
Every talk includes
informative visuals,
synchronized narration,
and printable handouts
of the PowerPoints.
Talks of the OB series
are generally organized
from individual-level topics,
such as personality, attitudes,
and perceptions, to more
macro factors such as managing
teams and organizational culture.
However, the presentations
are largely independent
and they can be flexibly used.

There are a variety
of uses for this series.
One, of course, is just to provide
the latest, most authoritative
information from key scholars.
Again, these are top scholars
from around the world.
It can also be used as a complement
to an organizational behavior textbook.
It could be the primary content
for an online OB course.
It could be used as one
element of online learning.
And it could be used in specialized
courses, such as managing
teams, managing change, leadership,
motivation, or conflict management.
