I'm delighted to be talking
with you today about
workplace well-being and
the science of
human flourishing.
We know from numerous research
studies coming out of
the global COVID-19 pandemic
period that unfortunately
workplace well-being
has significantly
decreased in the last
several years and
that that is having
a number of really
critical outcomes both for
businesses and organizations but
also for broader human
well-being and flourishing.
That's what we'll
talk about today.

workplace well-being.
I earned my PhD in

After a first career chapter as
a professor of sociology
and social psychology,
I've spent the last
decade leveraging
my doctoral training
in behavioral science,

critical workplace cultural and
organizational
development challenges
by implementing
evidence-based practices
that support purpose,
productivity, inclusion,
and well-being.
I'm passionate about helping
organizations develop
leaders who cultivate
inclusive people-centric
cultures that
empower people to do meaningful,
values-aligned, highly
productive work
while flourishing personally
and professionally.
