I earned my PhD in

After a first career chapter as
a professor of sociology
and social psychology,
I've spent the last

evidence-based practices
that support purpose,
productivity, inclusion,
and well-being.
I'm passionate about

develop leaders who
cultivate inclusive,
people-centric
cultures that empower
people to do meaningful,
values-aligned,
highly productive
work while flourishing
personally and professionally.
