Welcome to my presentation,
Talent: The Secret to Being World Class.

My name is Chris Roebuck, and I advise
a wide range of organisations on how to
maximise performance through their people.
For example, some of them include the UK
National Health Service, global legal and
financial firms, UK and European not for
profit, government agencies, and
a range of other organisations.
I'm a conference speaker, business
school lecturer, writer and researcher.
Previously, I was Global Head
of Talent Management for UBS,
the Swiss-based global bank,
and the strategic alignment and
culture change project there enabled
by the talent strategy is now
a Harvard Business School case study and
won several global awards.
As a result of what we put in place there,
UBS also won the top company for
leaders in Europe 2005.
I've also held senior HR roles in
London Underground, KPMG and HSBC.
And I have been an officer
in the British Army and
later presented on Leadership at
the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
