Here, we have a SWOT analysis explaining the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in terms of where Beck's Hybrid actually were at the start of the project. Beck's Hybrids are an organisation that works in the agricultural sector. They're a family-owned business. They've been going for a very long time. Right from the start, they built their business on data and they would see that they are building a data-savvy culture within the organisation. When they were implementing a new system, they hit a bit of a road block because it became clear that changing the sales logic would actually break lots of other reports as well. That became a real point of dependency and a point of failure. That had to be addressed. When we're thinking about digital transformation, Beck's Hybrid themselves were very successful at dealing with digital assets such as their data.
