International projects play a key role in helping global businesses and organizations to expand their reach and achieve their objectives. Successful management of this project requires not just technical skills, but also a deep understanding of different cultural, political, and regulatory environments. Throughout this talk, we will dive into the best practices for successfully managing international projects, illustrated with a case study from one of my favorite projects where I led an exchange between indigenous leaders from Alaska and Bolivia. This example will allow us to explore both the challenges and the rewarding outcomes that come with international collaboration. By the end of this session, you will have a broader understanding of the strategies and tools you can use to navigate the complexities of international project management.
