the Minimum Viable Product,

Positioning and then

In this short course,
we cover two perspectives:
the perspectives of
the entrepreneur and
the intrapreneur.
An entrepreneur, everyone knows,
is someone who starts a new
company to launch a new product,
whereas an intrapreneur
is a word that
I use to describe a
product manager or
a person who works
for a larger company
that wants to introduce a new
product for their employer.
You can wear either
hat you want.
In this course, the
material applies to both.

Entrepreneurs have
some traits in common.
They tend to be very tenacious
and passionate people
with a high tolerance
for ambiguity.
They have great vision
and a lot of self-belief.
Tremendous flexibility.
They deal with uncertainty well.
They often break the rules.
These are learned traits so
anyone can be an entrepreneur
or an intrapreneur and
not everyone has all
of these traits.
But it's interesting
to note that
these people who do
this kind of work
tend to have these
kinds of traits.
