In both the UK and USA, organizations increasingly recognize that effective leaders are essential for long term growth and adaptability. Developing leadership goes beyond attending courses or emphasizing theories. It's a deliberate process that shapes individuals and groups. This lecture will explore key differences between skill development for individual leaders and building leadership throughout the organization.
