Biography
Ravin Jesuthasan is a globally recognized thought leader, futurist and bestselling author on the future of work, AI and workforce transformation. Ravin is an Executive Fellow and Adjunct Lecturer of Executive Education at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He works with some of the largest, most sophisticated organizations in the world on the deployment of AI/automation and the transformation of work. Ravin has led numerous research projects for the World Economic Forum including many of its ground-breaking studies on the impact of exponential technologies and the transformation of work. He is a regular participant and presenter at the Forum’s annual meeting in Davos and is a member of the its Steering Committee on Work and Employment, Center for Advanced Manufacturing and Future Skills Executive Board.
Ravin has been a featured speaker on the aforementioned topics at major conferences around the world. He has been a regular participant and presenter at the Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos since 2015 and is a regular keynote speaker at major conferences around the world including C2 in Montreal, HR Tech in Las Vegas, The QSP Summit in Porto, Wharton’s People Analytics Conference, The Milken Institute Global Conference in Los Angeles, The Horasis Global Meeting, MIT’s Emtech Next and Work conferences in Boston, Beyond HR in Amsterdam and the Peryon People Management Summit in Istanbul among others.

Ravin has authored over 250 articles including 20 for the Harvard Business Review and the Sloan Management Review. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) and a member of the CFA Institute.
