Then analyze options, consider trade offs and commit to a decision, recognizing that deciding means committing to action. Finally, review outcomes and carry forward lessons, creating a feedback loop to enhance future decisions. Every decision maker faces challenges like cognitive biases, systematic deviations from rational judgment.
