Knowledge work was a term that was first used by the influential Austrian management author and thinker Peter Drucker. Peter Drucker said that the greatest danger in times of turbulence is not the turbulence itself, it is to act with yesterday's logic. In the following minutes, I would like to take you on a journey into the future of knowledge work and explain why it is of utmost importance for management to profoundly rethink and redefine our understanding of knowledge work in the upcoming era of AI.
