Attitudes are central to the workplace experience and strongly influence behavior and organizational outcomes. An attitude is a lasting evaluation, positive or negative of people, objects, or ideas. At work, this often refers to colleagues, the work itself, and the organization. Three key work related attitudes are job satisfaction, job involvement, and organizational commitment.
