Dr. Mohammadi received his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from University of Zurich in Switzerland and completed his postdoctoral training in the laboratory of Dr. Joseph Schlessinger in the Department of Pharmacology at New York University School of Medicine. Dr. Mohammadi's group investigates the mechanisms of fibroblast growth factor (FGF) signaling using a variety of methods including x-ray crystallography, surface plasmon resonance, steady-state kinetic analysis and cellular signaling in cultured cells.
