Lynne Regan received a degree in biochemistry from Oxford University. She performed her PhD research with Paul Schimmel at MIT, and postdoctoral research with William DeGrado at DuPont and at the MRC, Cambridge, UK. She has been at Yale University since 1990, where she is now Professor of Molecular Biophysics... read moreand Biochemistry and Professor of Chemistry. Her research studies the folding of natural proteins and the design of novel proteins. She has received many honors including, most recently, a Guggenheim fellowship. Her research interests encompass protein folding and design, protein-ligand interactions (especially protein-protein and protein-RNA) and the molecular basis of disease.
