Dr. Ivanka Visnjic is an Associate Professor of Innovation at ESADE Business School, where she acts as Director of the Institute for Innovation and Knowledge Management. Her research, teaching, and advisory activities focus on discontinuous technological shifts and disruptive and radical innovation in products, services, and business models. Her research has been published in well-established academic journals. She has received several awards and grants, including recognition for 40 under 40 MBA Professors in 2020, the Journal of Operations Management Ambassador Award in 2018 and the IBM Faculty Award in 2012. Ivanka has led joint research projects, given keynote speeches, hosted workshops, and worked closely with C-suite and senior management teams of several global companies, such as Atlas Copco, BAE Systems, Caterpillar, Enel, FC Barcelona, IBM, Novozymes, Pearson, Roche, Telefonica, and Unisys.
