David Klatzmann received his MD and PhD from the Pierre & Marie Curie University and Medical School, Paris (France). He is Professor of Immunology at Sorbonne Université and Head of Biotherapy at Pitié-Salpêtière Hospital. He is the director of the Immunology-Immunopathology-Immunotherapy laboratory.
