Biography
After gaining a BSc in zoology and genetics, Dr. Roderick studied for a PhD in biochemistry at the University of Wales College of Medicine. He then spent time as a postdoctoral scientist both in the Department of Physiology, University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio, and at the Babraham... read moreInstitute before gaining an independent position at the Babraham Institute. Dr. Roderick currently holds a Royal Society University Research Fellowship in the Department of Pharmacology, University of Cambridge. He has a long-standing interest in the dynamics of calcium signals and the mechanisms by which cells interpret changes in calcium.
