Biography

Julie M. Wolf is an Associate Professor of Clinical Child Psychology and licensed clinical psychologist. She received her PhD in clinical psychology from the University of Connecticut in 2005, where she studied facial recognition in individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). She continued her specialty training in autism spectrum disorders... read morethrough an internship at the University of Chicago Hospitals and a post-doctoral fellowship at the Yale Child Study Center. She has remained at the Yale Child Study Center, where she provides diagnostic evaluation services through the Developmental Disabilities Clinic and clinical characterization of participants for a number of federally and privately funded research projects. She has additional clinical and research interests in social skills intervention, meeting the needs of adults with ASD, and supporting siblings of individuals with ASD.
