Biography

Stephen Sonis is a senior academic and research scientist who holds appointments at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine (HSDM), the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI), and Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH). Many of his former students and residents now hold academic and clinical leadership positions.
After receiving his DMD from Tufts, Dr. Sonis completed a combined doctorate and specialty training program at Harvard and was a Knox Fellow at Oxford (UK) where he studied tumor immunology.
