Dr. Sebag is a vitreo-retinal ophthalmologist, specializing in minimally-invasive outpatient vitreo-retinal surgery and drug & laser therapy of the vitreous, macula, & retina. As of... read more2016, he has authored 3 books, 70 peer-reviewed articles, 66 chapters, and 60 letters, editorials, and reviews on diseases, drug injection therapy, laser treatments, and surgery of the vitreous, macula, and retina. Dr. Sebag was previously a full Professor of Clinical Ophthalmology at the Doheny Eye Institute and has been visiting professor at many institutions throughout the world. A fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the Royal College of Ophthalmologists (UK), Dr. Sebag has received many awards. In 2006 he was inducted as a member of the prestigious American Ophthalmological Society and chairs the program committee for 2016. In 2010 he was designated as a fellow of ARVO, the world’s premier eye research organization.
