Phil Withers worked or consulted on Good Laboratory Practice for over 30 years. He was previously the Director of the International Compliance for MDS Pharma Services in France before working for EUREQA SARL. He was invited to contribute to the original drafting of the OECD multi-site studies and was one... read moreof the participants in the OECD/s 4th Consensus Workshop in 2001, which developed the draft to its final form. He has sadly passed away and will be greatly missed.
