Suzanne J. Peterson is an Assistant Professor of Management at the W. P. Carey School of Business. Dr. Peterson earned a B.A. in psychology from the University of Southern California, and an MBA and Ph.D. in organizational behavior from the University of Nebraska. Her research has been published in such journals as Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Management, Leadership Quarterly, and Journal of Organizational Behavior. From a practice perspective, she specializes in the development of leadership behaviors that characterize extraordinary leaders. She teaches a course titled High Impact Leadership in the Executive MBA Program and has consulted for a number of Fortune 500 companies.
