Rafiq Dossani is a senior research scholar at the Shorenstein Asia-Pacific Research Center of Stanford University and is responsible for directing its South Asia Initiative. Prof. Dossani's research interests include South Asian security and education, and financial, technology, and energy-sector reform in India. He is currently undertaking projects on higher education, innovation, and security in the Indian subcontinent. His most recent books are Does South Asia Exist?
