Pedro Neves is currently an Invited Researcher at the University of Delaware. He earned his PhD from the Institute of Work and Organizational Sciences, ISCTE (Portugal) and prior to moving to the University of Delaware he worked as an Assistant Professor at the University of Évora. His research interests include... read morethe role of interpersonal relationships during organizational change interventions, risk taking behaviors and risk management in organizations, and the evaluation of change programs. His research has been published in journals such as Group & Organization Management and Journal of Change Management. Recently he earned the 2009 HR-Research prize (awarded by RH Magazine & Grupo Select/Vedior), for his research on trust and organizational change and has a forthcoming book on the topic.
