Her research focuses on cancer immunotherapy, particularly the dynamic evolution of tumor–immune interactions under therapeutic pressure and the mechanisms underlying immune evasion, acquired resistance, metastasis, and recurrence. Her lab integrates genome editing, CRISPR functional screening, spatial and single-cell multi-omics, and gene-delivery technologies to investigate how tumor cells and the immune microenvironment adapt and evolve during cancer progression and treatment. By uncovering the molecular and cellular mechanisms governing tumor immune ecosystem evolution, her research aims to identify novel therapeutic targets and develop innovative strategies to reprogram the tumor immune microenvironment and improve cancer immunotherapy.
