Dr. Vincenzo Costanzo Cancer Research UK, UK

Vincenzo Costanzo joined Cancer Research UK at Clare Hall in October 2004. He received his MD in 1999 and PhD in 2002 from the University of Naples, Italy. He carried out postdoctoral work at Columbia University, USA. He was awarded the Lister Research Institute Prize for Preventive Medicine in 2006... read moreand he became the Embo YIP Investigator in 2007. He was also awarded the European Research Council grant for young investigators in 2008. He continues to study DNA damage response and cell cycle checkpoints.
