Rameen Beroukhim is an Assistant Professor of Medical Oncology at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. He received his AB at the University of California, Berkeley, M.Phil and PhD at the University of Cambridge and the Medical Research Council Laboratory of Molecular Biology, and MD... read moreat the University of California, San Francisco, before undergoing clinical training in internal medicine at the University of California, San Francisco and in medical oncology at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Massachusetts General Hospital. Since 2003 he has been studying the somatic genetics of cancer and its implications for mechanisms of tumorigenesis and for cancer classification.
