Welcome, everyone. I'm
Dr. Jose Mendoza from NYU
and today, we're going
to explore a topic
transforming how
businesses interact
with artificial intelligence:
no-code and low-code
AI platforms.
These platforms are
revolutionizing
the industry by making
AI accessible to
people who don't have
a deep technical
background. Traditionally,
0:24
implementing AI
solutions require
a team of specialized
developers,
data scientists and engineers.
This often means that
only large companies with
significant resources
could leverage
AI effectively. But
that's changing.
No-code and low-code
platforms democratize
AI by enabling marketers,
sales professionals,
and even small business
owners to build and deploy
AI-driven solutions without
needing to write complex code.
What's exciting about
this development is
that it opens a world
of possibilities
for businesses of all sizes.
Whether you're looking to
automate customer service,
personalize marketing campaigns,
or analyze large datasets,
these platforms
provide the tools
to get started quickly
and efficiently.
Because they're designed
to be user-friendly,
you don't need to
be a programmer to
create powerful AI applications.
Throughout this talk, we'll
explore these platforms; how they
work, and how can you use them
to drive innovation
in your business.
By the end of our session,
you will clearly understand how
to leverage these
platforms to enhance
your marketing and
sales strategies
regardless of your
technical expertise.

Let's dive into
the core question.
What exactly are no-code
and low-code platforms?
These terms have been gaining
much traction recently.
But what do they mean?
No-code platforms are designed
to allow users to create
applications and
automate processes
without writing any code.
Think of these platforms as a
set of building blocks that
you can drag and drop to
create your desired solution.
For example, if you want
to build a chatbot,
a no-code platform will
allow you to do this by
simply selecting
pre-built components,
such as a user input block,
a decision-making block
and a response block.
You connect these blocks
and just like that,
you have a functioning
chatbot without
needing to write a
single line of code.
On the other hand,
low-code platforms strike
a balance between ease of
use and customization.
While they require some
basic coding knowledge,
they offer much more flexibility
than no-code platforms.
With low-code platforms, you
can use a mix of visual tools
and simple scripting to create
more complex applications.
This makes them ideal
for projects that need
a bit more customization
or when you want to
integrate with existing system
that require some coding.
The key takeaway is that
both no-code and low-code
platforms drastically reduce
the barriers to entry
for AI, enabling
non-developers to create
sophisticated solutions.
For example, imagine you're
a marketing manager
who wants to create
a personalized email
campaign that adjusts
content based on your
customer behavior.
Previously, you would have
needed to collaborate
closely with IT
or hire a developer to
code this from scratch.
But with no-code or
low-code platforms,
you can build and deploy
this campaign yourself.
This empowerment of
non-technical users
is one of the most
transformative aspect
of these platforms,
allowing ideas to be
brought to life much faster
and more efficiently.
Now that we understand what
