I'm Fabian Rodriguez-Suarez, professor at the National University of La Plata in Argentina, member of International Society of Hospitality Consultants and founder of FAROS Advisory. Welcome to this session where I will explain certain fundamentals of hotel real estate investments and based on that, we will understand how these types of investments have been developed and operated in most countries in Latin America over the last decade and up to the present day.
