My name is Antonio, and
welcome to this talk
about three key concepts and
the way that they interact.
Those three concepts
are leadership,
culture, and ESG
data governance.

Looking at this slide,
it's extremely interesting
seeing the picture
where we start having all
the ways the different
dimensions combine and interact.
For example, here we
can start seeing the
value drivers around
operational efficiency.
We can start seeing
parameters like the
culture and the behavior,
and then we can
start seeing as well
the operational efficiency
perspectives being combined
with risk management
and then start to have
more considerations in terms of
the real benefits and
the real incentives.
For example, we can see
that tying everything
together with more solidity
in terms of all the
different dimensions
we can see that ethics play
a role in influencing
leadership,
but then, automatically,
leadership as well
through the strategic alignment,
the dynamic capabilities,
the digital vision, and
the digital leadership,
are very much well-connected.
And it's exactly what we
see here in this image
that is the combination of
operations and technology
with the data.
But also at the very core
are the ethics where
the data quality,
the ESG model verification
and the model building
with risk management and
continuous monitoring
and auditing are
really fundamental,
where leadership,
through those factors
and the dimensions
like the strategy,
the resources, the capabilities,
the vision and the core
fundamental principles
on the leadership
really come into play.
