Dr. Spencer completed her PhD studies at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine, and her postdoctoral work at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC). She recently relocated her laboratory, and is currently an Associate Professor of Pediatrics in the Section of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition at the University of Colorado School of Medicine.
Her research interests are focused on the immunobiology of eosinophils, particularly within the context of mucosal inflammatory diseases.
