Chipo Chikomo has over 10 years' experience in various fields of community development, particularly education and women's empowerment. Chipo is the founder and director of the Nhanga Trust, where she focuses on strategic planning and project managing activities. Chipo holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Psychology and Sociology from Africa University. She has also received training in Leadership and Social Entrepreneurship from the Kanthari Institute in India. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Chipo plans to continue her work of promoting women's empowerment and mentoring young women.
