Abstract
A business process management system (BPMS) is a framework designed for process management with end-to-end process leadership to drive process performance and ensure customer and business needs are met. Two out of the six elements of this concept — establish process leadership and manage process performance — will constitute the core of this paper. In practice, these two elements are often neglected and are interpreted inconsistantly. But they are major contributors, enhancing communication and understanding among all stakeholders in an end-to-end processing, and thus driving continuous process improvement.
