Site Requirements

HSTalks can be viewed from any location with an internet connection. All major desktop operating systems are supported in combination with updated versions of the most popular browsers. On mobile we support all popular operating systems and browsers. Adobe Reader is required to view the slide handouts.

Minimum requirements:

• An updated version of Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari or Edge.
• The site is supported on the following mobile device & operating system versions:
  • Android v4.0+
  • iPhone 4s+ (iOS v8.x+)
  • iPad 2+ (iOS v8.x+)
  • BlackBerry OS v7.0+
  • Windows Phone v6.5.1+
• Adobe Acrobat Reader.
• Cookies & JavaScript enabled.
• The speed up and slow down talks on iPad and iPhone feature is supported when full-screen view is not used. The feature is not supported on Android mobile devices.

Recommended settings:

• An updated version of Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari or Edge.
• Recommended mobile platforms:
  • Android v4.3+
  • iOS v8.x+
• Optimal Resolution: 1024 x 768 or greater.
