Hossam Haggag is a hospitality talent management professional with more than 30 years of global experience across leading hotel groups, and 6 years in higher education. Since 2022, Hossam has been a lecturer and project manager at Hotelschool The Hague, where he teaches leadership and HR, coaches students in international management internships, and contributes to the school’s Strategy 2030.
He also holds a professional diploma in Executive Coaching and Mentoring and is certified in multiple leadership and assessment methodologies. His career focus has been on aligning human capital strategies with business goals, developing leadership pipelines, and enabling organisations and individuals to thrive in a global hospitality environment.
