Quentin Smith is a Chair and Professor in the Department of Pharmacology at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Dr. Smith holds a Bachelor's degree with honors in chemistry from Oberlin College and a PhD in pharmacology from the University of Utah College of Medicine. He serves on the Editorial Advisory Board of the Journal of Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics and on the Amarillo Chapter Board of the American Heart Association. His chief research interests are in drug development and delivery to the central nervous system.
