Dr. Kateryna Kryzhanivska is a researcher at LUT University Business School (Finland) whose work focuses on digital forms of organizing collaboration and innovation, as well as regional resilience in the face of geopolitical and ecological crises. In her HSTalk, Dr. Kryzhanivska draws on her experience from the Horizon 2020 MSCA Staff Exchange project OpenInnoTrain, led by Professor Anne-Laure Mention. Building on this work, the project catalyzed the creation of the Special Interest Group “Frontiers of Impact” within the global ISPIM Innovation Community, which continues to advance research impact practices worldwide—empowering researchers with frameworks, toolkits, and pathways to translate science into impact for policy, industry, and civil society.
